The HEINE Flextip F.O. Mac 3 & Mac 4 with dimensions of 115mm/13.2mm and 137mm/13.2mm are of Macintosh type laryngoscope blades with an adjustable tip of 70 °. A lever controls the tip angle during intubation to lift the epiglottis, giving a clear view of the vocal cords. This avoids unnecessary pressure on the tongue and contact with the upper row of the teeth.

The HEINE Flextip F-000.22.316 laryngoscope blades are made of high-quality stainless steel. They fit in all HEINE F.O. handles with both halogen (XHL) and LED lighting, and are compatible with all ISO 7376 green ring handles.

The HEINE HiLite fiber optic beam has a diameter of 4.3 mm and up to 6500 fiber optics for improved light transmission and longer life.
