The hydroactive colloidal patch Amorphous Kemagel is a gel that gently moisturizes the necrotic tissue, facilitating autolytic release and at the same time relaxes and absorbs secretion and dissolution. It consists of 90% isotonic solution, polyhydroxyl alcohol, CMC (hydrocolloid particles), Carbopol and Triamino ethanol (PH regulator) cross-links and is suitable for creating the ideal healing environment in cases of liquid trauma.

Amorphous Kemagel hydrogel patch can be used on dry and / or wet wounds. In cases of dry wound, it promotes the dissolution of necrotic tissue, turning the dry environment of the wound into a liquefied one. In cases of liquid wound, its hydrocolloid particles are activated and absorb any secretion of fluids from the wound, restoring the moisture balance in the wound.

The hydroactive colloidal patch Amorphous Kemagel can be used even in burns, where it is recommended to apply the gel 2 to 6 times a day.
