Schulke & Mayr Terralin Protect concentrated surface disinfectant 5lt

Schulke & Mayr Terralin® Protect concentrated surface cleanser is suitable for disinfecting surfaces and medical equipment. It does not contain aldehydes, it is diluted with tap water and has great compatibility with surfaces. Schulke & Mayr Terralin® Protect disinfectant can be used in critical medical areas without risk making it suitable for all areas in a hospital, pharmacy or doctor's office, as it is effective against bacteria, fungi and viruses (HBV, HCV, HIV).

Schulke & Mayr Terralin® Protect disinfectant contains (in 100gr):

• 22g alkyl (C12-16) dimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride (ADBAC / BKC (C12-C16))
• 17g of 2-phenoxyethanol
• 0.9gr Amines
• Regulation (EC) No 648/2004: 5 - 15% non-ionic surfactants, perfumes

Prepare the working solution in the desired concentration. Wet clean surfaces, e.g. floors and other wipeable surfaces. Ensure complete wetting of the surfaces. Ensure that all visible dirt is removed before disinfection. After completing the work, dispose of the working solution and clean the equipment thoroughly with water. Depending on the type of floor, additional care may be useful. For professional use only. Not for final disinfection of semicritical and critical medical devices.

Microbiological effectiveness of the Schulke & Mayr Terralin® Protect concentrated surface disinfectant:

• Surface disinfection in hospitals and clinics (incl. MRSA): 2% (20ml / l) for 15 minutes, 0.5% (5ml/l) for 60 minutes
• Against viruses with membrane envelope including HIV, HBV, HCV (EN14476): 1% (10ml/l) for 15 minutes, 0.5% (5ml/l) for 60 minutes
• Vaccinia: 1% (10ml/l) for 15 minutes, 0.5% (5ml/l) for 60 minutes
• Tuberculosis (EN4348): 2% (20ml/l) 240 minutes
• Yeasticide (EN13624, EN16615): 2% (20ml/l) 60 minutes
• Rota virus (EN14476): 0.25% (2.5ml/l) for 15 minutes
• Polyoma SV 40 according to DVV: 2% (20ml/l) for 2 hours
• Adeno virus: 2% (20 ml / l) for 4 hours
• Noro Viricide (MNV) (EN14476): 1% (10ml/l) for 2 hours, 2% (20ml/l) for 2 hours
