SAM Pelvic Sling II splint

The SAM Pelvic Sling II is the first and only force-controlled peripheral pelvic splint as it was designed not to tighten more or less than allowed, unlike other splints that allow unlimited force to be applied to the patient. It does not have detachable parts while it is extremely easy to use since it is mounted with only three simple movements. Extremely easy installation thanks to the special buckle of the splint, exclusive to SAM, which detects when the correct compression force has been applied and locks automatically making a distinctive sound, while the black strap and the splint itself on the side, feature Velcro straps that offer a firm and secure grip. The Pelvic Sling II immobilization splint has a narrower front to facilitate urinary tract catheterization, invasive radiology, external fixation as well as abdominal surgery and is suitable for X-rays and CT scans.
