Prim E45 I.M.O. Cervical collar with adjustable height that that immobilizes the head with two support points, on the mandible and the occipital region.
The Prim E45 I.M.O. cervical collar maintains the immobilization of the head through two points of support. One on the mandible and one on the occipital region. The dorsal section allows the patient to lie with comfort keeping the head immobilized. The piece of mandibular support is the one to be used throughout the day, nevertheless it can be easily removed to be replaced by the occipital support for daily activities requiring the use of the mandible, such as eating.
The Prim E45 I.M.O. cervical collar can be fitted on patient under traction, while providing more support than a rigid collar.
The Prim E45 I.M.O. cervical collar is indicated for:
- Severe cervicalgia.
- Cervicobrachialgias of compressive origin.
- Severe traumas.
- Postoperative.
- Cervical fractures.
