Humerux brachial splint

Humerux brachial splint thanks to its innovative traction system and the fact that it has a lining of breathable technical fabric, offers comfort, and does not irritate the skin. Additionally, the Y-traction System uses a traction device to increase and adjust resistance, helping to maximize control of humeral alignment, stabilization, and immobilization.

In addition, the Humerux brachial splint features removable, high-density thermoformed PE plates that can be heat molded to achieve a perfect anatomical fit for the patient. Whereas, the valves can be shaped with a heat gun at 150ºC at a distance of about 15 cm. In addition, the easily adjustable chest strap to prevent the erection from sliding down, while the padded armpit supports a comfortable fit in the armpit avoiding any kind of chafing or discomfort. In particular, it has a fastening system using 3 shoulder straps, which pass through 3 butterfly buckles with a micro-hook closure and an anchor stop: they ensure an easy, comfortable, and secure fit.

Also, it is indicated for the treatment of diaphyseal fractures of the humerus, the postoperative treatment of fractures and the control of the instability of the fracture focus during the stabilization process. The Humerux brachial splint is available in the following sizes with opposite circumferences:

• S: 18-26cm
• M: 26-34cm
• L: 34-42cm
• XL: 42-50cm
