Nox A1 sleep diagnostic system
The Nox A1s & C1s sleep diagnostic system kit is a device based on the foundation of the innovative Nox A1s that redefined the way PSG studies are performed in a clinical setting. The Nox A1s PSG system is a true hospital-to-home sleep diagnostic system with a wireless design and revolutionary flexibility. The new Nox A1s & C1s sleep diagnostic system is a more sophisticated solution, capable of performing Level I, Level II, and Level III sleep studies to test and diagnose more diverse patient populations.
With the Nox A1s sleep diagnostic system, the clinician has all the necessary channels that meet AASM criteria for in-lab PSG studies. Nox A1s along with Nox C1 can be used for sleep monitoring and scoring, providing real-time recordings in a clinical setting. With the Nox A1s & C1s sleep diagnostic system kit, wires are minimized and adjusted so that the patient is not bed-bound.
Furthermore, it features high-quality Type II unattended signals at home and for Type I laboratory settings with:
- 10 unipolar inputs for EOG and EEG.
- 3 unipolar subthreshold EMG inputs.
- 4 configurable bipolar inputs (thermistor, ECG, EMG)
At the same time, the Nox A1s & C1s sleep diagnostic system kit provides:
- Built-in Bluetooth® BLE 5.0 technology.
- Pressure from the nasal cannula and mask
- Position and activity from the built-in 3D accelerometer
- Integrated Nox RIPTechnology (calibrated).
- Pulse, SpO2, and waveform plethora from Bluetooth® enabled oximeter
- 10 hours minimum recording time with a disposable alkaline battery
The Nox C1 is an access point and allows recorded signals from the Nox A1 to be wirelessly transmitted to the control room. It features:
- 12 DC inputs
- Built-in differential pressure sensor
- 2 x USB ports
- 2 x RS-232 serial ports
- LAN port
- Ambient light sensor
In addition, the Nox A1s & C1s sleep diagnostic system kit provides bedside monitoring for increased efficiency when connecting the patient and calibrations with the Noxturnal Android TM app. It provides the dual-use capability for performing sleep tests in the lab and at home, along with the small and lightweight PSG recorder (with built-in RIP and PTAF) designed with patient comfort in mind.
The Noxturnal app performs calibration and impedance testing next to the patient, checks the quality of the sensor signal, and even, shows live data vital for sleep, with wireless connectivity to the Android™ platform and to the tablet (encrypted connection). In addition, it is a powerful and user-friendly software that closely adapts to every user's need. Noxturnal software is a multifunctional platform that unleashes all the potential of Nox A1 together with Nox T3. Offering study configuration, automated analysis, scoring, and advanced reporting tools, Noxturnal is a powerful tool in the hands of any clinician.
Furthermore, it features accurate and reliable automatic scoring analysis along with customizable workspace layouts and event types. Reports are easily customized through the use of tables, graphs, and narrative interpretation. In addition, the ability to import or export in EDF format is given and, the log window provides a quick overview of results. The Nox A1s & C1s sleep diagnostic system kit can be used for patients over 2 years of age.
