The Medisport FITU781 spine stretching mat was developed to allow full spine extension, designed for both professional and home use.
Τhrough the natural air pressure of the mat, it lifts the back up to 14.5cm and holds it in place by repeatedly lifting and stopping the spine to relax it.
In particular, the stretching mat has 5 air chambers for the neck, shoulders, chest, back, and pelvis, which successively extend to each point of the spine respectively.
