Vagiwell vaginal dilator is suitable for professional or personal use and for desensitization of the vagina through gradual dilation.

The Vagiwell Silicone Vaginal Dilator is made of medical grade silicone that has a smooth and soft surface. Starting with the smallest size the dilator is inserted into the vagina and kept there for several minutes, when the size is inserted without difficulty then it is possible to proceed directly to the next size. The ideal position for these exercises is a relaxed sitting or supine position. When the larger dilator can be inserted without discomfort, intercourse can be attempted. Consult your doctor if the exercises with the Vagiwell silicone vaginal dilator should are repeated daily.

Instructions for use:

1. First, wash the Vagiwell dilator with warm soapy water, then dry it thoroughly
2. Find a comfortable and calm place that allows you to stretch your legs and open them slightly. For easier insertion of the dilator, we suggest bending the knees and lying on your back on a surface. Alternatively, you can use the dilator in a standing position, with one leg on a chair. Start the exercises with the smallest size dilator
3. Lubricate the entrance of the vagina and the dilator with some water-soluble gel
4. Calmly proceed to gently insert the dilator into the vagina. You should only insert the dilator as far as is comfortable. If you feel pain, it means you are putting too much force
5. Leave the dilator in the vagina or at its entrance for a few minutes
6. Then move in and out about five times, without removing the dilator completely from the vagina
7. Repeat the movement another five times but this time gently twisting the dilator inside the vagina clockwise Repeat the same counterclockwise. Finally, combine both movements for ten repetitions
8. After the end of the exercise, remove the dilator and sit for a few more minutes in the same position until you regain complete calmness

Cleaning:

After using the Vagiwell silicone dilator cleaning is recommended with warm water and soap, dry it thoroughly before using it or storing it in the package. For its disinfection, it is recommended to use hot water or a special disinfectant.
