Schulke & Mayr Gigasept® PAA sterilization indicators are suitable for checking the strength of the disinfectant solution. Schulke & Mayr Gigasept® PAA test strips turn black or dark blue if the solution is effective.
Use:
- Immerse the Gigasept® PAA test strip in the solution for 1 second
- Remove the excess liquid and check the color in the test area after 10 seconds
- No discoloration or partially colored edges of the strips indicate that the solution is no longer effective and needs to be changed.
- Ignore the color changes after 15 seconds.
