Regarding the interpretation of the results of this test you should know that:

1) The result is valid when 15 'after the execution of the test, the red line against the indication C and T remains visible.

3) In any other case any result is not valid and the test should be repeated
4) When there is a negative result, ie a red line only against indication C, the following should be evaluated by the Health Professional:

a) The clinical picture of the examinee

Instructions for use:

1. Use the nasopharyngeal swab provided in the kit for sample collection
2. Carefully insert the swab into the patient's nostril, reaching the posterior surface of the nasopharynx for the greatest secretion
3. After touching the surface of the posterior nasopharynx, rotate the swab several times
4. Remove the swab from the nasal cavity
5. Insert the exhaust pipe into the workstation of this product
6. Make sure the hose is static and reaches the bottom of the workstation
7. Add 0.3 mL (approximately 10 drops) of buffer to the extraction tube
8. Insert the swab into the extraction tube containing 0.3 mL of buffer
9. Rotate the swab at least 6 times while pressing the head on the bottom and side of the exhaust pipe
10. Leave the swab on the extraction tube for 1 minute
11. Squeeze the tube several times with your fingers from the outside of the tube to immerse the swab. Remove the swab. The extracted solution will be used as a test sample
12. Place the dropper with a filter on top of the exhaust pipe
13. Expect the results
