The user - customer may return the products purchased and ask for replacement in the following cases:
1. If there has been a fault from our company in the sale products, such as faulty products delivered, wrong code delivred or poor quality AND 2. In cases where there was a problem or real defect in the product (function or quality) which is covered by guarantee by medi-shop.gr. Products guaranteed by third party companies, such as the product manufacturer or his representative, are not included in this provision. At any case, the maximum time limit to return a new purchases product for replacement may not extend beyond fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product at the client’s address. Moreover, for all cases the returned product should the to be accompanied by original sales receipt and should be in the same state as when received from the client, complete with its spare parts, without any damage and in excellent condition.

1. If you received the product via any of our stores, you can visit the shop and, after checking the condition of the product by the officer, he can guide you through the product return process.
2. If you received the product via courier: pack the product, so that it is protected during shipment, and include a note stating the reason you are returning the item, and/or the way you want to resolve the outstanding credit (credit account, product replacement). Then send the package, charging us, the recipient, via the same courier from which you received your order to:
