Tuttnauer Elara 11D autoclave

Tuttnauer Elara 11D is class B pre and post vacuum autoclave designed for sterilization of wrapped, porous and hollow loads. The chamber volume is large, external dimensions are small, making it especially suitable for smaller clinics requiring a high turnover. The control system is smart and intuitive, easy to use and has a large memory for consistent and reliable performance.

Autoclave Elara 11D is efficient with a short cycle and high volume pre and post vacuum pump for perfect class B sterilization results, 316L grade stainless steel chamber and door with electro-polish finish. A built-in steam generator provides steam and facilitates a standby steam mode and the door closes smoothly and locks automatically.

Tuttnauer Elara 11D autoclave features a large 28.5 L chamber within a small foot print. A perfect fit for standard 24 inch shelves or counters. Provided with 5 stainless steel trays and can also hold cassettes. Water filling from the front economizes on office space by eliminating the need to keep the top of the autoclave accessible.

The autoclave Elara 11D has a cylindrical chamber from high quality stainless steel AISI 316L. The chamber has been treated electrochemical polishing (electropolished) for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The external dimensions of Elara 11D is 660 x 530 x 440 mm. (WxHxD) and the dimensions of the cylindrical chamber is 230 x 430 mm. (Diam.xD). Has also inner wall made of stainless steel 316L with double locking system will not allow the opening when the chamber is under pressure.

Tuttnauer Elara 11D autoclave safety Features include a cycle will not start unless the door is properly locked, an automated double locking safety device prevents the door from opening while the chamber is pressurized, an automatic safety shut-off prevents overheating of the chamber. The autoclave comes with safety pressure-release valves for the chamber and generator.

Tuttnauer Elara 11D autoclave has 5 pre-set sterilization programs programs, 2 test programs Bowie & Dick and Leak test, and 20 customizable programs. Bowie & Dick test, also suitable for Helix test device, includes 3.5 min sterilization time without drying.

Cycle times are based on 1.5 kg standard load and do not include drying. Cycle times based on warm chamber and may change according to load size.

The operating parameters are selected and presented via a digital display.

Elara 11D autoclave features a stainless steel rack with 5 removable stainless steel perforated shelves. Has outer frame of aluminum sheets with oven coating for great longevity and safety. Has also, security system from overheating in case of insufficient amount of water in the tank and safety valve with automatic shutdown of the furnace, with visual and audible alarms.

The operating cycle is automatic, once selected the desired temperature and duration. The autoclave integrate thermal printer, which records the time and date, operator code, the nominal parameters and the program number and per 1' actual parameters of the cycle. Also record any abnormalities or damage during operation. Keeps history of the last 40 cycles.

TheElara 11D autoclave have USB serial port for connection to a computer for calibration process. The construction offers maximum security, reliability, durability, ease of handling and maintenance.
