Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays or days when the company is closed). All orders confirmed by 12:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday, as long as the product or products are "In stock" in our warehouse, they are shipped the same day (barring unforeseen circumstances), and delivery is based on the delivery option you choose at checkout. Of course, for those products, we offer instant delivery by TNT or DHL.
The products that are available “Upon order”, means that they are not immediately available. For this reason, we inform you either via phone call or via e-mail, about the delivery time. Otherwise, if you are not sure about the delivery time before your order, you can contact us.
For orders within Crete and Athens, the delivery by the transport or courier company of your choice usually takes place on the next working day from the date of dispatch of your order. In all other regions of Greece, it takes two working days from the day we send your order and for inaccessible areas three working days. Our company is committed to the above, until the delivery/dispatch of the order to/from the transport/courier company, which you selected when completing your order.
