Switching Real Time Technology has allowed Mectronic Medicale to reduce the size of the tecar therapy machine: it is now possible to have products which are compact, powerful and easily transportable. In capacitive mode the energy is mainly directed towards the muscle mass; on the other hand, the resistive mode directs energy to bone, tendons and cartilage. This system allows the therapy to be personalized. Furthermore, Doctor Tecar Therapy™ features the exclusive adjustable pulsed mode the energy is supplied at regular intervals, maintaining ‘naturally thermal’ conditions.

Doctor Tecar Therapy™ allows analgesic, anti-inflammatory and bio-stimulant effects to be obtained. The use of Doctor Tecar Therapy™ is particularly suited during post-injury recovery, such as athletic preparation phases and the treatment of acute and chronic pathologies of the musculature and skeleton. 

Doctor Tecar Therapy™ is light, compact and easily portable. 120 W of power from a unit which weighs just 2kg. Furthermore Doctor Tecar has a single handpiece for both capacitive and resistive modes. With one simple command it is possible to change from one mode to the other: simplicity and functionality for cutting-edge therapy.

The new Adjustable Pulsed mode has also been implemented, capable of correctly interacting with the natural thermal state of biological tissues.

The Real-Time MecOS operating system and the high performance 5.7’’ touch screen, are ideal for high level efficient therapy. Doctor Tecar contains a large interactive database containing over 60 pathologies which guides the operator through the treatment. 3D illustrations and step-by-step explanations provide clear and simple instructions for the operator, guaranteeing reliability and precision starting from the very first use.
 

Avx Module: Automatic, Automatic Pulsed, and Transport modes

The Automatic mode has been designed to allow the therapist to be free of the manual use of tecar therapy: the special cable and three electrodes allow even complex shaped areas of the body to be treated.
The Automatic Pulsed mode was created from the combination of the Automatic and Adjustable Pulsed modes; a therapy which, thanks to pulsed supply, avoids rises in temperature and allows a more focused treatment.
The Transport mode allows the deep absorption of active substances through the energetic transfer of Tecar therapy.
