TauSteril 2000 dry sterilizer

TauSteril 2000 dry sterilizer removes all pathogenic germs, even the most resistant to heat from an object using hot air. This new automatic dry sterilizer has been specially designed to satisfy all daily medical requirements in the field of sterilization. It is extremely robust, totally automatic and guarantees complete working safety as it has been built in accordance with European Safety Regulations.

The outside structure of TauSteril 2000 dry sterilizer is completely glazed stainless steel front panel and door. Sheet steel of the sides and the back entirely painted with epoxy powder.. The inside structure is 18/8 satin non-corrosive stainless steel, almost indestructible sterilization chamber which reflects the heat so that the desired temperature is reached rapidly. Perfect heat distribution and considerable saving in electric energy. It features insulation that is hermetically sealed inside structure and door (obtained with special heat and wear resistant silicone rubber seal) insulated with special resined fibre glass material so that heat is not transmitted to outside structure.

TauSteril 2000 dry sterilizer has an automatic thermostat with capillary bulb model with self-regulation from 90 to 200 OC, complete with switch in accordance with International safety regulations. As well as a timer from O to 120 mm, which automatically regulates the time the thermostat takes to switch on and switch 0ff. With manual position for working requirements above 120 minutes. The dry sterilizer has 600 watt stainless steeled resistance with high output diffuser, low inertia and immediate operation, complete with bayonet connection so that it can be replaced easily and rapidly (patented). It also features a thermometer with very precise and robust capillary bulb liquid expansion thermometer to control inside temperature.

TauSteril 2000 dry sterilizer is equipped with safety fuses, main light switch, power cable complete with grounded plug, neon warning lights linked to the control of the thermostat and timer operation, three treated itallumac trays, tongs to extract the trays from the sterilization chamber.
