While the patient sleeps, Weinmann SOMNOcheck micro CARDIO, Löwenstein Medical Technology sleep diagnostic device determines sleep-disordered breathing, cardiovascular risk and arousals.
Quickly, simply and non-invasively – SOMNOcheck micro CARDIO identifies besides the known parameters of AHI, desaturation index, arousal index, pulse rate and snoring, now for the first time, the Cardio-Risk Index (CRI).
The CRI provides information about your patient‘s cardiovascular risk, existing cardiopulmonary disorders and possible diagnostic steps. Weinmann SOMNOcheck micro CARDIO analysis is based on the pulsoxymetric measurement of the pulse wave, with whose help arrhythmia and Cheyne-Stokes breathing can be detected.
Changes in blood vessels are recognized by the Weinmann SOMNOcheck micro CARDIO with the Pulse Wave Analysis (PWA) along with the responsiveness of the autonomic nervous system and heart rhythm.
