The air pressure redistribution ICU mattress 0806294 offers changing pressure and protects the patient from irritations and wounds in the body due to lying down.

Thanks to the air pump, the pressure is evenly distributed in the supine mattress and then in the patient's body, in order to avoid the formation of edema. Each pair of ribbed air chambers of the mattress is separate and independent and inflates alternately with different pressure. The pressure in the chambers is constantly changing so that there is no part of the patient's body that is pressed from the mattress for a prolonged period of time and to avoid possible skin irritations.

The air pressure redistribution mattress can reduce and cure bed sores in chronically bedridden patients or people with long hours in bed. It is suitable for hospitals but also for home use.

Instructions of use:

• Place the air mattress over the mattress of the bed, having first stretched the bottom sheet, making sure that the air inlet is on the side of the feet.
• Connect the mattress to the pump using the appropriate hoses in the package, when you hear the "click", it means that they are correctly installed and locked.
• Use a soft cloth or sponge & mild soapy water to clean the mattress. CAUTION: Do not use acidic & caustic solutions.
• If you need to store the mattress, drain the air and fold.
