The toe sock for better tactile perception and correct exercising!
Pilates socks by Sissel socks that are warm in winter, cool in summer.
The color also determines the matterial, Black is 85% cotton, 10% polyester and 5% spandex, Sky Blue and Fushia are 70% bamboo fibre, 25% polyester and 5% spandex.
Bamboo fibre is hygienic, de-odorising and moisture absorbing and they feature rubberised non slip soles.
Sizes:
small/medium (UK shoe size 3 - 7).
large/extra-large (UK shoe size 7 - 11).
