It can be cleaned and disinfected easily because the exercise mat already protects the user from bacteria, mold, and other pathogenic microorganisms as it is made of material without pores. It does not allow the entry of CA-MRSA bacteria, which is usually developed in gyms, and is waterproof, and does not allow dirt to enter.
