AIREX® Balance-pad XLarge is suitable for improving balance and stability, through a variety of exercises and practices that can be performed thanks to this aid. Its large size, allows maximum user comfort, especially for the foot area.

It has a special texture on both sides, which makes it non-slip, and at the same time activates the receptors in the leg area during exercise. With a thickness of 6cm, it destabilizes the body through the foam, and in this way, the user makes a greater effort to maintain their balance and to stabilize their joints, in order to keep them stable on the mattress. Thus, the muscles are trained deeply and activate the joints of the body more easily.

Thanks to its maximum adhesion, it holds well on the floor. The AIREX® Balance-pad XLarge is suitable for everyday use indoors, outdoors, and in water. The thickness of 6 cm indicates the required destabilizing properties, thanks to which the muscles are constantly stimulated during exercise and the joints are stabilized. The advantage of the exercises performed with a balance mat is that the deeper muscles are involved compared to the exercises, without this aid. Control functions of the brain are activated and receptors in the area of ​​joints and connective tissue are stimulated more strongly.

AIREX® Balance-pad XLarge improves endurance, balance, stability, strength, and coordination. It can be used for patient rehabilitation or for professional practice. It can also be combined perfectly with an AIREX® mattress, especially for exercises that are performed at the side or front/back position.

AIREX® Balance-pad XLarge is suitable for use barefoot, with socks. Regarding its cleaning, it is recommended to wash them with common soap and water, as it already has built-in sanitized protection. If it gets wet, let it dry outdoors.
