RecoveryAir Pro has 4 pre-set programs Recovery, Warm-up, Isolation, Interval & one customizable (Pro Mode). The Recovery Program is the ideal choice for fatigue, tension, or tightness. The warm-up program is recommended for use before training. The Isolation program is recommended when you need to treat a specific, isolated option of your own choosing. The Interval Program allows you to turn the cycle on and off at consecutive pre-selected time intervals and finally the Pro Mode function allows you to create a program unique to you and use different compression cycles.
