Winix Zero Pro air purifier of innovative technology with 5 stages of cleaning and with silent operation that makes it really stand out. Winix Zero Pro is the new model of Winix that covers larger areas. It is suitable for areas of 45sqm. up to 120 sq.m., as it can clean 486 cubic meters of air per hour.
5 stages of air purification
- Stage 1 - PRO FILTER
The pre-filter binds large particles such as hairs, fluff, etc. It is washable and serves to extend the life of the Hepa filter and activated carbon. It is necessary especially if there are pets in the area.
- Stage 2 - TRUE HEPA FILTER
The HEPA filter retains the very small particles that are present but we do not see with the naked eye. Such are dust, allergens, fungal spores, bacteria, pollen, particles from household materials and furniture, from pets, from humans, etc.
- Stage 3 - ACTIVE CARBON FILTER
The Activated Carbon filter absorbs and breaks down toxic gaseous pollutants and odors from cigarette and fireplace smoke, flue gas, smog, chemicals, cooking, pets, etc. The Winix U300 has a powerful carbon filter that is highly effective.
- Stage 4 - PATENTED CLEANCEL
The patented CleanCelTM technology used in the U-450 is effective so that microorganisms and bacteria do not grow inside the device.
- Stage 5 - PLASMA WAVE TECHNOLOGY
The innovative PlasmaWave technology creates hydroxyls that neutralize viruses, bacteria, chemicals and odors at the molecular level. PlasmaWave does not produce ozone unlike other device technologies such as ionization and ozone-releasing UV lamps.
Winix Zero Pro has a sensor that recognizes every moment the quality of the air we breathe in our space and displays it on the screen. With the Auto function, the device itself increases or decreases the cleaning speed in order to clean the air we breathe in the most efficient way. It also features 2 sensors, particle and odor. It also checks if each device releases dangerous OZONE into our internal environment. So the consumer can easily before choosing, compare the CADR Rates of each device as well as whether it releases OZONE.
One thing to note is that the vast majority of machines on the market have not been certified by AHAM for obvious reasons.
WINIX air purifiers are not ionizers and do not release ozone. According to the World Health Organization, ozone is one of the most toxic gases that destroys lung tissue and causes heart problems when we breathe it. Its smell is usually reminiscent of chlorine.
