Mectronic iLUX XP 16W Laser Theal therapy device an innovative laser system, with 3 separate wavelengths for THEAL treatment. Thanks to the Lambda Mixer system, it is possible to mix up to 3 wavelengths (650nm + 810nm + 1064nm), while through Wave Creator the way of their transmission is presented. To fully customize the treatment, the iLux XP features the innovative Light Blade handle, equipped with patented magnetic technology and expandable with 10 different applicators to maximize treatment.
THEAL therapy is a personalized, unique, therapeutic method with the help of the possibilities of Phototherapy and Laser therapy. THEAL therapy is suitable for pain and mobilization of the joints with immediate effect and noticeable results from the very first session. The main fields of application are sports, rehabilitation, wellness, podiatry, dentistry, and wound healing.
Wave emission function, different for each wavelength, in order to maximize the therapeutic effects:
- 650 NM: Mainly absorbed by melanin, it guarantees a notable energy exchange at a superficial level. It also inhibits the proliferation of bacteria and promotes cellular growth, allowing incredible results to be achieved in healing wounds, ulcers, and lesions.
- 810 NM: Allows rapid activation of the oxidative process of hemoglobin, accelerating the production of ATP and transferring the correct energy to muscles and tendons, helping tissue regeneration.
- 1064 NM: The directionality of this wavelength allows it to transfer the correct dose of energy directly to the noxa protein. The protocols are easily customized by using the innovative and practical graphical interface of the editor, which allows simultaneous monitoring and change of value ranges, as needed.
- ILux XP allows the analgesic protocol to be adjusted according to the level of pain the patient is experiencing. The integrated VAS interactive scale allows the level of pain to be determined and monitored throughout treatment.
- Advanced software with a library of over 150 pathologies with ready-made interactive treatment protocols divided into different phases, with a graphical display showing the power, time and energy produced. Protocols include acute, subacute, and chronic conditions with built-in graphics and photographs showing treatment.
- Ability to select the phototype, the body type, the area to be treated and the age of the patient for the best adjustment of the treatment. Reference videos for treatments are also provided.
- Through a simple USB drive it is possible to upgrade - update the software of the device, ensuring the application of the most advanced methods and protocols and ensuring the safe, effective, high-performance, THEAL treatment.
- Calibration system according to the standard 60601-2-22, both the calibration system allows the control of the laser power emitted by the device at any time, as well as an advanced and complete functionality control system of the device. In the event of a malfunction or failure, thanks to a series of automatic guided tests, it is possible to identify the cause of the malfunction to quickly resolve the problem, ensuring the smooth operation of the device.
- Operating System Settings: The innovative MecOS 3.0 OMNIA operating system allows you to manage and modify treatment configuration to personalize treatment management and iLux XP settings according to the specific needs of the operator during treatment.
