Littmann Classic III stethoscope with double-sided chestpiece technology is the latest version of the stethoscope II that helps millions of medical professionals achieve their best.
Littmann Classic III stethoscope offers high acoustic sensitivity for exceptional performance, plus a versatile two-sided chestpiece with tunable diagrams (adult and pediatric sides).
A single-piece diaphragm is easy to attach and easy to clean because the surface is smooth without crevices. The pediatric side converts to a traditional open bell by replacing the single-piece diaphragm with a non-chill rim.
The pediatric side of the stethoscope is useful for small or thin patients, around bandages, and for carotid assessment.
Next-generation tubing lasts longer with improved resistance to skin oils and alcohol and is less likely to pick up stains. Both the tube and all other parts of the stethoscope do not contain latex or phthalate plasticizers protecting human health and the environment.
