The Nellcor OxiMax Dura-Y D-YS is a reusable sensor that can be used for newborn infants, young children and adults.
The Nellcor OxiMax Dura-Y D-YS can also be used with the ear clip D-YSE in patients >30 kg to be clipped onto the ear lobe or the outer ear. The ear clip is available separately.
The cable length of Nellcor OxiMax Dura-Y D-YS is 120cm.
Typical application sites for the Nellcor D-YS reusable sensor:
- 1-3kg (newborns): ball of foot
- 3-15 kg (young children): big toe
- 15-40 kg (children): finger
- >40kg (adults): Index finger
