Zamst EK-1 knee support

Zamst EK-1 is a light compression knee support which is manufactured with natural silk extraction component. It is easy to apply and provides confidence during the movement, which is particularly important during sport.

Zamst EK-1 knee support incorporates a flyweight fabrication with i-Fit Technology for individualized compression. The i-Fit Technology is a dual front open panel design, with Velcro fasteners that wrap around the knee to create a custom fit with adjustable compression.

The backside V-Tech Ventilation material that knee support provides, keeps you cool while you are in motion. It is compact and easy to carry anywhere.

Zamst EK-1 knee support is available in 4 sizes:

Small         40 - 43.9 cm
Medium     43.9 - 48.3 cm
Large        48.3 - 52 cm        
XLarge      52 - 57.2 cm

Measure the circumference of thigh 10 cm above the center of the knee cap. If your measurement falls between two sizes choose the larger one.
