Schulke & Mayr Gigasept AF forte disinfectant 5lt

The Schulke & Mayr Gifasept AF forte disinfectant is a composition based on quaternary ammonium salts and amines, without aldehydes, compatible with EU norms and with a pleasant aroma. It can remain stable for 7 days even in the presence of protein load.

Composition:

100g of Gigasept AF active solution contains the following active ingredients:

• 10g Dimethyldioctylammonium chloride
• 15g Phenoxypropanols
• 15.6g Alkylguanidine acetate
• 9.5g Laurylpropylene diamine
• 5-15% non-ionic surfactants, perfumes

Dosage and method of use:

Normal dilution 2-4% for 15 minutes.

Dilute in cold water according to the concentrations given above. For example, to obtain one liter of 3% working solution, add 30 ml of concentrate to 970 ml of water.

1. Immerse the cleaning instruments in Gigasept® AF forte solution immediately after use.
2. Make sure all surfaces are wet and let them soak in the solution.
3. Immerse the instruments with a hollow body so that air can escape completely through the lumen.
4. After use, rinse the instruments with water of at least drinking water quality, or better yet with sterile distilled or deionized water to thoroughly remove any residues of the working solution.
5. The working solution can be used for 7 days when used only for disinfecting previously cleaned instruments.
