Dräger Alcotest 7000 is the new model of the Dräger Alcotest series. Specifically, it includes a wider temperature and measurement range, low maintenance requirements, and various connectivity options. In addition, the device can perform testing both through a mouthpiece and through a funnel attachment, directly and reliably.

Typically breathalyzers need to be calibrated every six months, but thanks to its excellent measurement stability, the Dräger Alcotest 7000 only needs calibration every 12 months. As a result, you will only need to collect, send off, and then reissue your spirits once a year, saving you time and, most importantly, money. Along with the classic test using a mouthpiece, with the Alcotest 7000, you can also perform tests using a funnel attachment. This enables you to complete a large number of alcohol tests in a very short period of time, saving time, and money with greater efficiency and ensuring hygiene.

Also, the funnel-based test gives you an initial indication of whether or not there is alcohol on the person's breath. If the answer is positive, you simply press a button to switch to the mouthpiece-based test mode, which then shows you the actual level of alcohol on the person's breath. With the Dräger Alcotest 7000 breath analyzer, you can make reliable measurements even at extreme temperatures. As it has a patented heating system and high-quality materials ensuring reliable results at temperatures ranging from -10 °C to +55 °C.

Additionally, the built-in Bluetooth Low Energy technology that it has, offers you energy savings, and, at the same time, digital connectivity for the device and its data. As a result, through the wireless connection of the breathalyzer with the Dräger BT portable printer, you can print the test results from a distance (up to 15 meters). Also, the "Dräger add" software facilitates a number of processes, such as the documentation of measurement data on site. It also features Draeger's Service Connect software which enables you to download test data and connect the Alcotest 7000 directly to a computer with a USB-C cable to read test results. The increased performance of the Alcotest 7000 also includes a limit in the measurement range. The maximum blood alcohol limit that can be set with this breathalyzer is as high as 0.600g/210L. If this measurement range limit is exceeded, the display informs you.

The Dräger breath analyzers use non-invasive measurement technologies with a high degree of hygiene – both for the user and the test subject because during the test the exhaled air is directed backward and not through the device. There is a 90° angle between the user and the examinee during the test and the disposable mouthpieces and funnel parts are packaged separately.

Finally, the Dräger breath analyzer 7000 has Slide 'n' Click mouthpiece technology to provide additional safety and health assurance since it maintains the distance between the user and the examinee. The threaded attachment point adapts to an ordinary selfie stick (sold separately), creating even more space between the user and the examinee.
