Authorised Seca reseller
Seca was founded in 1840 in Hamburg by ACC Joachims and was exclusively engaged in the manufacture of scales. In 1888 the factory was sold to Frederik Vogel, who expanded the product range and introduced the seca name, which he had registered in 1897. From that time onwards, it became known worldwide as a supplier of high-quality medical scales.
In 2001, seca received the "red dot design award: intelligent design" for the extremely innovative design of the Seca 664 wheelchair. In 2011 seca creates the medical body composition analyzer (mBCA), the result of years of research and development. In 2018, the first spot-check-monitor is introduced to the market, particularly simple and easy to use, with wireless transmission to a monitor and to hospital EMR systems.
Over the years, Seca continues to innovate and adapt to market needs in more than 110 countries. Today, Seca offers a wide range of products covering weight, height, body fat, mass, and other measurements necessary for patient health and care.
