The CardioCoach VO2 plus fitness analyzer is a device that offers measurements of Maximum Oxygen Intake (VO2max) and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) based on the user's physical condition, age, weight and physical characteristics.

The CardioCoach VO2 plus fitness analyzer has a simple user interface with wireless connections, is really easy to use and no training or certification is necessary. The VO2 plus analyzer provides information on how easily the athlete's heart and lungs supply oxygen to the muscular system and where lactic acid production begins, as well as how many calories the user needs when his body is at rest (RMR).

An RMR measurement uses oxygen consumed at rest to determine a person’s caloric requirements for weight loss or maintenance.
