Used in shoulder rehabilitation to retrain and stabilise muscle groups. They can be attached to the foot to load hip rotator muscles.
Its a soft, non bounce toning ball with adjustable strap, at 11cm diameter and inert filling. Weighs 500gr and has purple color. Sold in pairs.
