Lipid Panel test strips for use with CardioChek PA and CardioChek Plus analyzers.
Lipid Panel test strips, manufactured by Polymer Technology Systems, offers easy and accurate measurements of total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides and allows the calculation of LDL and TC / HDL ratio.
Lipid Panel test strips measurements are used in the diagnosis and treatment of lipoprotein metabolism and lipid disorders (such as diabetes mellitus), atherosclerosis, and various renal and the liver diseases.
After the test strip is inserted into the analyzer and blood (40 µL, finger or vein) applied to the strip, test results are displayed in about 2 minutes.
The measuring range of total cholesterol is 100-400 mg/dL (2.59-10.36 mmol/L), of HDL cholesterol is 15-100 mg/dL (0.39-2.59 mmol/L) and the range of triglycerides is 50-500 mg/dL (0.56-5.65 mmol/L.
