Elbow band is designed to reduce the load on the elbow when playing racket sports or golf. Elbow pad provides precise compression while sleeve style and hook fastener make the elbow band easy to put on and adjust with one hand.
Because it applies compression locally where the tendon attaches on the outer or inner elbow, the elbow band makes it possible to reduce the tendon’s path of motion and absorb shock and vibration, which limits stress and effort.

Measure the circumference of the forearm at its widest point. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.
